For those of you who care, I am a member of the dotCASHFLOW group. This is a group that is currently developing a worldwide platform for Cashflow deals exchange (more to come soon).
Anyway, I am in charge of the development process of the technical aspect of the platform. The development server is a FreeBSD Unix. It took me a while to configure it the way I wanted it, despite all the difficulties of having to deal with my ISP and my hard-to-get-a-hold-of system guy.
Earlier today I asked my system guy to change the server’s IP address. Lucky for me he forgot to configure the gateway (yes, forgot!). So now I am stuck with no way to remote-access the server.
Tomorrow I’ll be on location so I’ll do it. The day got waisted for such a dumb reason…
