Mortgage Calculator Widget

After my Google PageRank Widget got listed on Apple’s Dashboard Downloads, I decided to develop yet another widget…

I am proud to present HomeCalc – the mortgage calculator widget. Just enter the loan amount, interest rate, number of years and HomeCalc will let you know exactly how much your monthly mortgage payments are going to be.

UPDATE: HomeCalc is now listed on Appel’s Dashboard Downloads.

“Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger is required. If you’re using Safari, click the download link. When the widget download is complete, show Dashboard, click the Plus sign to display the Widget Bar and click the widget’s icon in the Widget Bar to open it. If you’re using a browser other than Safari, click the download link. When the widget download is complete, unarchive it and place it in /Library/Widgets/ in your home folder. show Dashboard, click the Plus sign to display the Widget Bar and click the widget’s icon in the Widget Bar to open it.

If you ever get some mythical spare time – a regular car loan calc widget would be great. I can’t seem to find one.
