This page lists some of my favorite websites, currently not organized by categories or any other way.
I reckon you already know some of these sites but I hope I might have some things new for you...
Pimp My Safari » A site by Jon Hicks. It was started as a reaction to the sites cataloguing Firefox extensions. Many excellent plugins for Safari have been developed, but because Safari doesn’t have an official ‘extension architecture’, many don’t know of these extensions.
A list apart » Explores the design, development, and meaning of web content, with a special focus on techniques and benefits of designing with web standards.
Airbag » Greg Storey's Airbag is beautifully designed and smartly written weblog. It is interesting, entertaining, and easy to digest.
Antipixel » Jeremy Hedley's weblog coming to you sort of live from Tokyo, Japan. I really love to read his blog - it is interesting, funny at times and fluent. A pleasure.
CSS Vault » Another great CSS resource. The gallery displays CSS-based sites that are usually also stunning, while the resource section offers tips and technics to try for yourself.
CSS Zen Garden » Blows my mind every time. Beautiful designs that are standards complaint. Shows you the real power of CSS-based design.
Dive into Mark » It is a damn shame that Mark Pilgrim stopped writing on his site. I do, however, continue to visit in hope he'll return :(
HicksDesign » One of the better-known designers. This site offers interesting articles and is one of the reasons I decided to use CSS when I made this website.
Jeffrey Zeldman » The Guru of web standards. His book "Designing with Web Standards" is a must-have in the library of every web designer/developer/author.
Keith Devens » Keith Devens is a gifted programmer. I absolutely love his XML libraries. He post regularly to his weblog and talks about topics ranging from development to politics.
mezzoblue » Dave Shea is the cultivator of the CSS Zen Garden. A graphic designer by trade, he writes about all things web for his daily weblog.
Simon Willson » A daily. I recommend anyone who is even slightly interested in development and the Web in general to add this site to your bookmarks.
